These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pk75 website, mobile platform, gaming software, betting services, and any related products or services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the pk75 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the pk75 Platform. pk75 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
pk75 is operated as an online gaming and sports betting platform targeting users in Pakistan. The Platform is provided in English. All monetary amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use the pk75 Platform in any capacity. pk75 enforces strict age verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed, and any remaining balance will be returned to the payment source used for deposit, minus any winnings generated.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the pk75 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction where you reside. pk75 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming under the laws applicable to you. Users must comply with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws before participating.
Each individual may register only one pk75 Account. Accounts are linked to individual identities as verified by CNIC or passport. Multiple accounts registered under the same verified identity will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances subject to forfeiture. If you have lost access to an existing account, use the password recovery process or contact pk75 support — do not register a new account.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your pk75 Account. This includes your legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your valid email address, your date of birth, and your mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk75 login credentials. pk75 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account attributable to your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify pk75 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Prior to processing any withdrawal from your pk75 Account, pk75 requires completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process is a standard requirement across regulated gaming platforms and exists to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.
KYC verification on pk75 requires submission of: (a) a clear photograph or scan of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back — or an alternative government-issued photo ID such as a Pakistani passport; and (b) a selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document. Additional documentation may be requested at pk75's discretion, including proof of payment method ownership or proof of address.
pk75 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal capability and request KYC documentation at any time, including from existing accounts, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a request may result in account restriction.
pk75 supports the following payment methods in PKR: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa/Mastercard debit or credit card, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods and minimum/maximum transaction limits are subject to change. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your pk75 Account.
Deposits are credited to your pk75 Account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pk75 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — you may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Minimum deposit is Rs 500. pk75 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. pk75 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours for fully verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider timelines. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000.
An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. pk75 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in — full balance access is restored immediately upon reactivation.
All bets placed on the pk75 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform prior to placing any bet. By placing a bet, you confirm acceptance of the applicable rules.
pk75 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error (including incorrect odds or market parameters arising from technical malfunction), placed in breach of these Terms, or where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, match manipulation, or collusion. Voided bets are returned as stake credit to the Account.
In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of any bet, the decision of pk75's settlements team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
pk75 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other promotional credits from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible games or markets. These specific terms are published alongside each offer.
Bonus Funds must be distinguished from real-money Funds in your Account. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirement being met in full. pk75 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and to void any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: registration of multiple accounts, use of third-party software, or systematic exploitation of wagering requirements.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk75 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
pk75 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this Section, with forfeiture of any balance where the breach involves fraud, identity misrepresentation, or match manipulation.
All content on the pk75 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, brand assets, and data — is the property of pk75 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pk75 Platform content without prior written consent from pk75.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk75 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Platform; (b) any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from technical failures, maintenance periods, or force majeure events outside pk75's reasonable control; or (d) the conduct of third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or any bank transfer intermediary.
pk75's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pk75's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

pk75 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered users via the email address on their Account prior to taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as formatting corrections or clarification of existing provisions) may be made without prior notice.
pk75 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its discretion, including where there is a breach of these Terms, where required by law or regulatory requirement, or where pk75 determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Where an Account is closed by pk75 other than for breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the user.
You may close your pk75 Account at any time by contacting pk75 support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of account closure request will be settled normally, and any resulting balance will be paid out to your registered payment method.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the pk75 Platform or these Terms, you agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with pk75's support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days of it being raised, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution channel specified in the relevant platform documentation. pk75 will cooperate in good faith with any legitimate dispute resolution process.

Mandatory KYC ensures every pk75 Account belongs to an adult. Age verification is enforced before any withdrawal — protecting both underage users and the integrity of the Platform.
Your deposited PKR balance is held separately from pk75 operational funds. Real-money balances are returned in full upon account closure requested by the user without breach.
pk75 publishes all terms — including bonus wagering requirements, game RTPs, and house edges — clearly and in plain language. No terms buried in fine print that Pakistani players can't access.
Deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion — all available from your Account settings without requiring a support ticket.
pk75 support is available 09:00 – 01:00 PKT, 7 days a week. Disputes are handled through a defined process — you won't be left without recourse if a problem arises.
You can close your pk75 Account at any time by contacting support. Real-money balances are returned to your registered payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank) within 5 business days.
